Naor Zion under fire: "It crushes me, he is using my name"
Rami Davidian, who saved many people from the massacre area at the Nova festival, talks about dealing with trauma, his close relationship with Adva Dadon and Ofira Asayag, and the conflict with Naor Zion: "It crushes me, he is using my name. This is not my way of fighting wars."
Rami Davidian, who rescued and saved many people from the massacre area at the Nova festival, was a guest on the "Or LeTkuma" organization podcast hosted by Aviv Hemo. He discussed his journey in dealing with post-trauma, his relationships with Adva Dadon and Ofira Asayag, as well as his criticism of actor and director Naor Zion, the creator of the documentary "The Truth is the New Yellow."
During the interview, Davidian noted that since October 7th, there are still people who doubt his story of heroism. According to him, "not everyone is at peace" with his actions. Regarding the publicized conflict with Ofira Asayag, Davidian clarified that despite past tensions, the two remain on friendly terms. "We are good friends," he said.
Davidian, who was chosen to light a torch at the 76th Independence Day ceremony for his bravery, also spoke about his connection with Adva Dadon: "She is part of my life today. She stood by my side during all the difficult moments."

Later in the interview, Aviv Hemo brought up the name of comedian and actor Naor Zion, with whom Davidian is in conflict. As recalled, Davidian filed a civil lawsuit for 300,000 shekels against Zion, claiming unauthorized use of his name and image in a series of social media videos. In these clips, Davidian's name was dragged into attacks that Zion was waging against Ofira Asayag and Adva Dadon.
"Naor Zion turned your story into a public struggle online. Do you feel he is helping you or hurting you?" asked Hemo. Davidian replied:
"It crushes me. He is using my name. This is not my way of fighting wars."
At the end of the interview, Davidian shared how he would like to be remembered in 20 years, referring to the assistance he provided to thousands of parents following the events of October 7th: "It touched the hearts of many parents whose children were seconds away from not coming home. I am an example of victory in our days."
