Couldn't stop: Maya Buskila's plastic surgery procedure canceled at the last minute
The 48-year-old singer was already preparing for her transformation on the operating table, but the procedure was called off at the last minute for safety reasons. However, Buskila and her surgeon decided to make the most of the free time.

Maya Buskila was expected to emerge this morning, Thursday, with a new look following a facelift surgery. However, plans changed completely at the very last moment. Buskila arrived at the clinic of Dr. Eran Millet, a plastic surgery specialist and senior physician at Sheba Medical Center, who has treated other industry figures such as Daniel Greenberg and Bell Agam. It soon became clear that the 48-year-old singer had failed to follow a mandatory medical instruction: she had not stopped smoking for the month leading up to the procedure, as required. Notably, the singer revealed earlier this week that she and her 30-year-old husband, Shauli Shluim, are currently working on having a child.
After deciding not to take any unnecessary risks, the medical team halted the procedure to ensure patient safety. The transformation has not been canceled, but merely postponed until Buskila complies with all necessary medical guidelines. In the meantime, rather than wasting the morning, she and her surgeon decided to make use of the free time and sat down for breakfast together at a nearby Aroma branch.
