Moove Raises $250 Million to Build Autonomous Transportation Infrastructure
Moove, a developer of operational infrastructure for autonomous transport, has raised $250 million in a Series C round, reaching a valuation of $2.1 billion.

Moove, the global mobility company developing the operational infrastructure for autonomous transportation, announced on Wednesday that it has raised $250 million at a valuation of $2.1 billion. The Series C funding round was led by Mubadala Investment Company, in partnership with Woven Capital (Toyota's growth fund) and Ion Pacific.
The round also includes the participation of BlueCrest Capital Management, Sona Asset Management, and The Raptor Group, further strengthening Moove's institutional support base alongside investors such as BlackRock, MUFG, Franklin Templeton, Uber, Left Lane, Silverbacks Holdings, Square Associates, The Latest Ventures, and the Ontario Power Generation pension fund.
The funding will support the expansion of Moove's autonomous vehicle operations, including fleet ownership and the establishment of warehouse infrastructure adapted for robotics, known as 'Nests'. These facilities provide charging, maintenance, and operational management for continuous service. Moove expects to increase its autonomous vehicle sector workforce by more than 220% by the end of the year, growing from approximately 150 to 500 employees.
Expanding autonomous transportation requires more than just vehicle technology; it depends on capital access, charging infrastructure, and integrated management systems operating 24/7. Moove is building this infrastructure layer to transition autonomous transport from a breakthrough capability to wide-scale networks.
Since 2020, Moove has built a platform for managing revenue-generating transportation assets. Today, the company employs 3,300 people and operates about 42,000 vehicles across 29 cities in 13 countries, with an ARR of $420 million. Through its partnership with Waymo, Moove is already a leading third-party autonomous fleet operator in Phoenix and Miami, with plans to expand to London.
Ladi Delano, co-founder and co-CEO of Moove, stated:
"Every significant technological revolution becomes a race for infrastructure. Autonomy requires vehicle fleets, charging, maintenance, and data systems in every city – and that is exactly what Moove is building. We are building the company to be a category leader."
He added: "Today, we are focused on building the platform that will enable billions of autonomous rides around the world. With our anchor in the UAE and the support of long-term strategic capital, Moove now has the platform to help move autonomous transportation from a breakthrough technology to everyday transport."
