Kosher Burger Chain Mi Ma Mo Expands with 8 Million Shekel Investment
Kosher hamburger chain Mi Ma Mo invests 8 million shekels to expand to 12 branches across Israel by early 2027, adding new locations in Haifa, Jerusalem, and other cities.

The kosher hamburger chain "Mi Ma Mo" is expanding rapidly with an investment of 8 million shekels, planning to reach 12 branches nationwide by early 2027.
Expansion and New Branches
Founded a little over two years ago, the chain recently opened three new branches in Haifa, Modi'in, and Kfar Saba, joining existing locations in Rehovot, Kiryat Ono, Rishon LeZion, and Kiryat Motzkin. With seven active branches currently operating, five additional locations are scheduled to open by early 2027 in Jerusalem, Petah Tikva, Mevaseret Zion, Rosh HaAyin, and Kfar Yona.
"Mi Ma Mo" focuses on fresh, daily-ground beef patties, freshly baked buns, and original sauces. The popular Truffle Burger, featuring a 200-gram beef patty, sautéed mushrooms, arugula, caramelized onions, and truffle aioli, has officially transitioned from a monthly special to a permanent menu item priced at 72 shekels for a single burger or 91 shekels for a meal.
"The rapid growth and entry into additional cities across the country are proof that the concept works and that the audience connects with the brand," said Yahav Almog, network development manager at Fooders.
Culinary Innovation and Specials
In addition to the permanent menu additions, the chain introduces a rotating monthly special. For October, the featured item is the "French" burger, priced at 78 shekels individually and 97 shekels as a meal. Other signature items include the DIRTY Burger, where the grilled patty is dipped in hot signature sauce before serving.
The chain is backed by the Fooders group, owned by entrepreneurs Gilad Almog and Nir Edri, alongside culinary partner Mart Rosumcho.
