Enforcement ahead of the school year in the center: 3 illegal residents and their employers arrested

Ahead of the start of the school year, police officers from the Holon station in the Ayalon district carried out a targeted enforcement activity to locate illegal residents in the city. As part of the operation, three illegal residents were located and arrested, and at the same time, their employers were arrested for questioning.

During the past week, as part of the security preparations for the start of the school year, the station's officers conducted a series of enforcement and control operations. The main emphasis was placed on businesses that provide food services to educational institutions as well as on construction sites throughout the city.

The activity was carried out in close cooperation with the Business Licensing Department and the Construction Supervision Department of the Holon Municipality, alongside the station's officers and members of the rapid response team, as part of the joint effort to increase security and readiness for receiving students in educational institutions.

As part of the operation, inspections were conducted at five different businesses, including catering companies and businesses involved in supplying food to schools and kindergartens in the city. According to the police, no irregularities were found in any of the businesses checked.

At the same time, the forces raided construction sites throughout the city. During the inspections, the officers located three illegal residents, residents of Nablus in their 20s. The three were arrested, transferred for further investigation at the Holon station, and were imprisoned at its conclusion.

Meanwhile, the employers of the illegal residents were also arrested — residents of Holon and Jerusalem in their 30s and 60s. The suspects were questioned, and upon completion of their investigation, they were released under restrictive conditions.
