Melisron CEO Ofir Sarid Steps Down After Seven Years at the Helm
Melisron CEO Ofir Sarid is stepping down from his role on September 24, 2026, for medical reasons. CFO Oren Heilinger will serve as interim CEO during the search.

Melisron announced that CEO Ofir Sarid is stepping down from his position, effective September 24, 2026, following a medical leave that began earlier this month. The company has initiated a search process for a new CEO, while Chief Financial Officer Oren Heilinger continues to serve as interim CEO.
Sarid has served as CEO of Melisron since late 2019, succeeding Avi Levy, after previously spending eight years as the company's CFO. During his tenure, Melisron expanded beyond its traditional core businesses in malls and offices, notably entering the residential sector through Aviv Yisum by acquiring full ownership in a deal valuing the subsidiary at 1.25 billion shekels.
In recent years, the company continued expanding its residential portfolio, including winning a tender in 2025 for land to build 320 apartments in Sde Dov for approximately 605 million shekels.
