Marius Nacht Continues Divestment in Israel: Apartments Sold for 35 Million Shekels

Businessman and Check Point founder Marius Nacht continues to reorganize his personal investment portfolio, liquidating luxury real estate assets in Tel Aviv on an extraordinary scale. After completing the sale of two plots in the Neve Tzedek neighborhood to investors from Australia for approximately 130 million shekels last May, it is now the turn of luxury apartments in the north of the city.

Nacht recently completed the sale of two penthouses in a duplex building on the first line to Yarkon Park, at the corner of Bnei Dan and Brandes streets, for a total sum estimated at approximately 35 million shekels. The properties, which were built as part of a TAMA 38 project initiated by the residents and purchased by him in 2019 for 32.5 million shekels with the initial goal of consolidating them into one urban estate, were ultimately sold to two different buyers.

As reported this morning (Thursday) in TheMarker, the first duplex (187 sq. m.) was sold back in March for 14.5 million shekels to Alona Angel, daughter of XT Group chairman Udi Angel, who returned to Israel after a long stay in London. The second property, spanning 223 sq. m., was recently sold for 20 million shekels to a businessman from the international shipping industry.

This series of real estate transactions reflects a clear strategy. Since stepping down from his central roles at the cyber giant Check Point, Nacht has been reallocating his financial resources. Alongside the realization of his holdings in the digital bank One Zero, he is currently focused on promoting investments in the fields of biomedicine, advanced medicine, and life sciences in Israel. At the same time, his name recently came up in the public arena when he provided a financial guarantee for the "Yashar" party of former Chief of Staff Gadi Eizenkot.
