Maor Buzaglo says goodbye to Israel: "See you"
The former footballer turned sought-after DJ is going on a tour in Israel and abroad. Amidst parties in Europe, he talks about the decision to observe Shabbat for the sake of his family and responds confidently to all critics.
Former footballer and current DJ, Maor Buzaglo, announced an especially busy tour for the months of August and September. The tour includes dozens of parties and events across the country - from Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Beersheba, to Eilat, Yeroham, and Kiryat Ata.
Alongside the local scene, Buzaglo is going on international trips and will play in clubs in Mykonos, Athens, Rome, Turin, and Milan. "An exciting tour, see you on the dance floors," he wrote to his fans on social media, promising a hot summer.
Recently, he was interviewed by "Yedioth Ahronoth" with openness about the downsides of his work as a DJ, and showered praise on his wife Miran. "Most nights I am not at home. What woman would agree to such a thing? I am lucky. I think I don't give her reasons to worry. On the contrary, I give her reasons to trust me," said Maor.
He also said that following the strengthening of his family, he decided not to accept any more work on Friday evenings and Saturdays, even if it involves high financial offers. According to him, time with his children is more important than any professional offer.
He responded to the criticism against him: "The criticism against me is justified; I didn't come from the music world, suddenly I come from nowhere and take jobs from people who have been in the field for years. But that excites me even more — the raised eyebrow, the disdain."
