Mami Consumer Club Expands to New Influencers as Founder Takes Maternity Break
Maayan Adam announces a break from her consumer club Mami as the platform scales up, opening its network to additional influencers and introducing new monetization tech.

Maayan Adam, founder of the consumer club Mami, has announced she is taking a break as the platform expands to include other influencers. Adam revealed the strategic shift in a humorous video showcasing a WhatsApp exchange among the management team of "Mami 2.0," detailing plans that were developed while she prepared for maternity leave.
Technological Expansion and New Influencers
Over recent months, the team developed a technology allowing additional influencers to join the club, select promotions, recommend them to followers, and earn revenue from the activity. This move transitions Mami beyond a model previously centered solely around Adam's personal recommendations.
"I am in shock," Adam initially responded upon seeing the proposal, before ultimately endorsing it with enthusiasm: "Let's do it!"
Growth and Valuation
The initiative comes as Mami continues its rapid growth. Established in February 2024, the club now boasts 400,000 members, with approximately 300,000 active monthly users on the app. In July, a co-branded credit card was launched in partnership with Isracard, attracting 20,000 customers within its first month.
In an interview with Globes last month, Adam revealed she had received acquisition offers for the company, including a 300 million NIS bid. She chose to decline the offers and retain control of the enterprise, which she founded without external investors after initially investing 700,000 NIS of her own capital.
