Madlan Launches AI-Powered Real Estate Search Assistant for Apartments
Madlan has launched "Madlan AI", a new conversational real estate assistant allowing users to search apartments, neighborhoods, and urban planning data using natural language queries.

Madlan has launched "Madlan AI", a new artificial intelligence agent that allows users to search for information on apartments, neighborhoods, and regions using free-form natural language questions. The agent draws on Madlan's databases, combining property searches with detailed information about the surrounding residential environment.
Instead of pre-setting a rigid series of filters, users can describe the exact property or neighborhood they are looking for in their own words. For instance, seekers can inquire where to find a four-room apartment with a reinforced security room (mamad) in a specific area, or request data regarding educational institutions, public parks, and local crime rates.
The system is also engineered to supply urban planning and real estate insights, including checks on whether a specific property is undergoing urban renewal and its current planning status. Madlan emphasized that all answers generated by the AI agent rely strictly on the company's proprietary data repositories.
The tool additionally serves real estate investors, who can pose targeted questions concerning districts and neighborhoods where they contemplate deploying capital. Through this launch, Madlan aims to transition its vast databases from a traditional self-search interface into a conversational experience powered by an AI agent.
Tal Koppel, CEO of Madlan, stated: "We are thrilled to continue leading the technological frontier of Israel's proptech sector. Our goal is to provide Israelis with all the data and opportunities they need to fulfill their real estate dreams, and 'Madlan AI' represents another significant step toward that vision."
