Maccabi Tel Aviv Seeks Return to Winning Ways Against Hapoel Haifa
Maccabi Tel Aviv prepares to host Hapoel Haifa on Saturday seeking to end a streak of two scoreless draws. Manager Kenny Miller and defender Raz Shlomo expressed confidence ahead of the crucial league match.

Maccabi Tel Aviv enters Saturday's fixture against Hapoel Haifa looking to bounce back after two consecutive scoreless draws. Despite remaining undefeated, Kenny Miller's side dropped four points against Bnei Sakhnin and Beitar Jerusalem, but still aims to temporarily reclaim the top spot in the table.
Kenny Miller Confident in Squad Depth
Speaking at the pre-match press conference, manager Kenny Miller addressed the recent offensive slump while maintaining an optimistic outlook.
I am very satisfied with the way we played in our first seven games, and believe we should have had seven wins. We created enough chances in the last two matches as well. It is a positive start to the season.
Miller also praised defender Noam Ben Harush for adapting to the left-back position and defended the current squad composition against claims of insufficient reinforcements.
Raz Shlomo Ready for Action
Defender Raz Shlomo, who has returned to full training, emphasized that the team takes collective responsibility for both attacking and defending.
We needed to be sharper because we did create chances. We would be more worried if we weren't creating opportunities, and I am sure it will be better in the coming games.
Maccabi will host Hapoel Haifa on Saturday at Bloomfield Stadium, hoping to overcome a tough opponent that has already troubled several league giants this season.
