Lucy Ahrisch Remains Off Air at Reshet 13 Amid Berkovic Dispute
The ongoing rift between Lucy Ahrisch and Eyal Berkovic at Reshet 13 persists as Berkovic reportedly refuses to apologize following a heated election broadcast clash, leaving Ahrisch off air.

The high-profile dispute between television presenters Lucy Ahrisch and Eyal Berkovic continues to cause friction at Reshet 13, with Ahrisch remaining absent from her show. According to reports, Berkovic has yet to apologize for a heated on-air and off-air clash during an election broadcast, despite management's earlier assurances.
The tensions originally flared during a broadcast when diplomatic correspondent Moria Asraf referred to "90 Zionist mandates," prompting a sharp rebuke from Ahrisch. During a commercial break, the confrontation intensified significantly, leading to harsh remarks exchanged in the studio and Ahrisch leaving the set in tears.
While senior executives, including Reshet 13 co-owner Assaf Rappaport and CEO Idan Alroem, spoke with Ahrisch on the night of the incident and condemned the remarks, an official apology from Berkovic has not materialized. Ahrisch's associates emphasize that she did not issue an ultimatum or condition her return on an apology, but was deeply hurt by the lack of institutional backing.
Simultaneously, Ahrisch faced a severe online attack from Likud candidate Itzik Bonzel, who questioned her Israeli identity in a controversial social media post. Ahrisch firmly responded to the remarks, stating she is proud to share the country with figures like Yocheved Lifshitz rather than dark racism.
