A special operational forum led by the Chief of Staff, Rav-Aluf Eyal Zamir, is taking place today (Monday) with the participation of the senior command staff and operational commanders in the IDF from the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and above. This forum is convening for a comprehensive multi-front operational-intelligence update, sharpening routine procedures and foundations in the IDF, and aligning all combat commanders in the field.

The forum opened with remarks by the Chief of Staff, Rav-Aluf Eyal Zamir, followed by extensive operational and intelligence reviews presented by the Head of the Operations Division, Tat-Aluf Barak Hiram, and the Head of the Research Division, Tat-Aluf Ofir Mizrahi-Rosen. In the second part of the meeting, the commanders of the Northern, Central, and Southern Commands will present a detailed multi-front review of operational activity in the various sectors during the first half of 2026.

Afterward, a dedicated session will be devoted to presenting operational lessons from the campaign against Iran and the continued readiness of forces for any scenario. In the final part of the forum, a comprehensive report regarding IDF personnel will be presented. The IDF Spokesperson's Unit stated that in the coming months, a similar conference will be held for reserve personnel and deputy commanders of combat units.
