Lod Resident Indicted for Aggravated Robbery Near Hebron
Prosecutors filed an indictment against a 22-year-old man from Lod for aggravated robbery after he targeted a Palestinian family near Hebron, stole a phone, and used pepper spray.

The Jerusalem District Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment on Sunday against 22-year-old Netanel Isakov from Lod, charging him with aggravated robbery. According to the indictment, the incident took place on September 23, 2026, near the Beit Einun junction.
An investigation revealed that the defendant and an unidentified accomplice blocked a Palestinian family traveling in a Volkswagen Transporter. After initially asking for cigarettes, Isakov approached the vehicle a third time equipped with pepper spray, warned the occupants not to return, and forcibly stole an iPhone 11 from the dashboard.
When the victim attempted to retrieve his phone, Isakov sprayed pepper spray directly into his face before fleeing the scene with his accomplice. The victim suffered severe eye irritation, temporary vision impairment, and was subsequently evacuated to a hospital for medical treatment.
