After about a decade in which the safety video starring Lior Suchard accompanied El Al passengers and became one of the assets most identified with the company, El Al launched today, Monday, new safety videos created with unique technology. The new clips feature Rotem Sela, Deni Avdija, Gal Gadot, and Lior Raz, and will be screened on all company flights starting in August.

Following this, the mentalist uploaded a post to his Instagram page in which he said goodbye to the project that accompanied him for an entire decade:

"Soon the last flight will arrive on which the safety video starring me will be screened on El Al flights. The same video that accompanied hundreds of thousands of passengers in Israel and around the world for almost a decade, and won countless messages from people who wrote to me that it is the best safety video they have ever seen EVER!!!!!!"

"Today, as I say goodbye to it, I am mainly thinking about all the places where it met you," he wrote. "The way to the honeymoon, to making Aliyah, to the big trip, to the family vacation, and also home. The knowledge that this creation was part of the memories of so many people is the greatest gift I could have received."

In conclusion, he thanked the airline that believed in him along the way: "Thank you to El Al for the trust, for a film that was originally intended for two years and lasted almost a decade, for the creative freedom, and for the opportunity to do something a little different. And thank you to McCann advertising for the execution of the dreams." He did not forget to thank the millions of passengers as well: "And thank you to you - for a ton of messages, every story, every tag, and everyone who smiled in front of the small screen on the back of the seat."

As recalled, the new series of El Al videos also features a central collaboration with mobile giant Samsung.
