The Israeli AI company whose clients became investors has raised $30 million
Encore AI has raised $30 million in a Series A funding round. The investment is notable for the participation of the company's own clients, who chose to back the firm after experiencing the platform's impact on their operations.

Encore AI, which until now operated under the name Insait, has raised $30 million in a Series A round led by Team8 and Planven, alongside Garage, Lukatz, and several global financial institutions. These entities began their relationship with Encore as clients and subsequently chose to invest in the company after witnessing the platform's impact on their actual business operations. The current funding round joins the Seed round the company completed after its founding in 2022.
In a conversation with Calcalist, Dr. Dvir Ginzburg, the company's CEO and one of its founders, said:
"We are focusing on the entire process a customer goes through with any organization. Most communication with AI today is frustrating and does not create a desire to return to it. We offer a new technology for building such agents that people want to work with."
According to him, the company is one of the few capable of connecting numerical data with voice and textual data. "We can bring back personalization to a product that is currently very flat," Ginzburg added.
The company has developed an Agentic AI platform for organizations, based on patented Interaction Mining technology. The platform analyzes millions of an organization's existing interactions with customers—phone calls, chats, landing pages, emails, and CRM data—in sales, collection, service, and support processes. Based on this analysis, it identifies work patterns and turns them into autonomous AI agents or real-time assistance tools for human representatives.
Encore was founded in 2022 by Dr. Dvir Ginzburg, an entrepreneur and AI expert. He completed his doctorate at Tel Aviv University in the field of Geometric Deep Learning, and before founding the company, he worked at Microsoft as a researcher in the field of recommendation systems and personalization.
"It is important to use all knowledge sources to build an agent that is relevant to the customer and also to the organization. The new funding also came from many of our clients: Harel, Bank Leumi's Garage, and others who used the system," says Ginzburg. "We work with banks, insurance companies, health organizations, and entities where the managed experience with the end customer is critical."
Today, the company employs about 50 people, 35 of whom are in Israel and the rest in its offices in New York and Australia, operating in over 30 organizations worldwide. The funding will be used to expand the platform among enterprise clients, accelerate product development, and increase the company's commercial activity.
