The Spanish club noted that they are prepared to offer a sum of over 50 million euros for the midfielder.
Real Madrid's approach comes after Rodri displayed exceptional ability in the last World Cup, where he won the title with the Spanish national team. At the end of the tournament, Rodri was named the best player of the World Cup, having been a central part of the team's lineup throughout the entire campaign.
In addition to Rodri, Real Madrid is having a busy summer of acquisitions, having already added several senior players to strengthen the squad.
