Author of 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' warns: "These are chaotic times in history"
Robert Kiyosaki advises against holding cash savings and US bonds, explaining why he is moving his assets into Swiss vaults and decentralized digital currencies like Bitcoin.

Robert Kiyosaki, author of the bestseller "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and a widely followed financial expert, has issued a stark warning on his X (formerly Twitter) account regarding the state of the global economy. He advised investors to steer clear of United States government bonds and recommended focusing on assets such as gold and cryptocurrencies.
Kiyosaki provided a historical perspective:
"For your information: in 2008, just before the Great Financial Crisis, US debt was about 9.5 trillion dollars. Today, as US bonds are collapsing, the US debt is approaching 39 trillion dollars."
Kiyosaki posed several questions to his followers to illustrate the scale of the debt:
"Question: if you were spending one dollar a minute, how long would it take you to spend one trillion dollars? Answer: 32,000 years. The US government prints a trillion dollars about every 90 days. Question: what do you plan to do? Answer: save dollars? This is why in the book 'Rich Dad Poor Dad', one of the three money rules of the rich was: 'The rich do not save money'."
In conclusion, he explained his own strategy and offered a warning to his audience:
"Since 1965 I have been saving real money. Since 1971 I have been saving real gold. Since 2012 I have been saving Bitcoin. Since 2022 I have been saving Ethereum. My gold and silver are kept in Swiss vaults outside of the US, because the US is known for having made gold ownership illegal and taking it from private citizens. This is what I do. What are you doing? Please take care of yourself. These are chaotic times in the history of the world."
