School year opened in Kedumim: over 3 million shekels invested

The school year in Kedumim opened today at the "Yesodat Oz" Talmud Torah, where about 130 students are being educated. Under the guidance of Council Head Ozael Vatik, over 3 million shekels were invested in development and construction across all educational institutions in the council.

In the Talmud Torah, where studies have already begun, two new buildings were erected with an investment of nearly 1 million shekels. The construction process was led by the council following a series of vigorous negotiations with the Ministry of Education and relevant authorities. The Kedumim Council fought for the regulation and construction of these new buildings, which will be inaugurated in the coming days to serve middle school students in grades 7-8.

At the Amit Lehava Ulpana, where hundreds of girls from Kedumim and Samaria settlements are educated, ambitious renovations were carried out at a cost of over 1.5 million shekels. The work included both the buildings themselves and the surrounding grounds, which is clearly evident throughout the complex.

In addition, hundreds of thousands of shekels were invested in renovations, including landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance work across all Kedumim educational institutions: the Nachshon boys' school (about 250 students), the Nachshon girls' school (about 300 students), and various kindergartens and daycares serving about 350 children.

The preparation for the school year coincided with the personal education revolution announced recently by the Council Head, within the framework of which the council is opening two new kindergartens to create smaller educational settings, enabling warm, personal attention and an optimal learning climate.
