Violence rages: Two young men seriously wounded in Wadi Ara and Dimona
Two young men, aged 20 and 18, were seriously wounded in separate violent incidents in Wadi Ara and Dimona. Both victims were rushed to hospitals for emergency treatment.
Two young men aged 20 and 18 were seriously wounded last night (between Friday and Saturday) in violent incidents in Ein as-Sahla in Wadi Ara and in Dimona.
Around midnight, a man in his 20s was brought to meet an ambulance in the Basma area of Wadi Ara. MADA medics and paramedics provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him to Rambam Hospital in Haifa while conscious, with penetrating wounds.
"We met a private vehicle with the wounded man, a young man in his 20s, who was conscious and suffering from severe penetrating wounds to his body. We provided him with life-saving medical treatment and evacuated him to the hospital in serious condition," said MADA medics Salim Saad and Alaa Melhem.
About two hours later, an 18-year-old was seriously wounded in Dimona and evacuated to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba, suffering from penetrating wounds and unconscious.
"We saw the wounded man lying on the ground, unconscious and suffering from severe penetrating wounds to his body. We provided him with life-saving medical treatment and evacuated him to the hospital in serious condition," reported MADA medics Rafi Al-Hawashla and Eliyosef Elmaliah.
Yesterday, three men in their 30s were evacuated to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba, two of them in serious condition, after initially being brought to a local clinic in Tayibe with penetrating wounds.
The day before yesterday, Ayman Jarmana, 20, was shot to death outside his home in the village of Muqeible in the Gilboa Regional Council. MADA teams called to the scene found him in critical condition and evacuated him while performing resuscitation efforts to the hospital, where he died of his wounds. An initial investigation revealed that the background to the murder was a conflict between families.
The day before that, in Tayibe, Ziad Bashara, 57, was murdered; he was allegedly lured to the location by deception and shot to death against the backdrop of a conflict between families. MADA teams found him in critical condition and evacuated him while performing resuscitation efforts to HaEmek Hospital in Afula, but his death was pronounced there.
