Valuation doubled within a year: Cyber company OLIGO Security raised $60 million
OLIGO Security has raised $60 million in an extended Series B funding round. This investment brings the total capital raised by the company to $140 million, with its valuation more than doubling over the past year.

The company OLIGO Security has raised $60 million in an extended Series B round led by Ballistic Ventures, with the participation of investors Greenfield Partners, Red Dot Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, TLV Partners, as well as prominent angel investors, including Yasmin Lukatz and Eyal Waldman. The investment brings the total capital raised by OLIGO since its inception to $140 million. The company's previous Series B round was at the beginning of 2025, and the company's valuation in the new round has more than doubled.
"We chose to raise because there was a sense of momentum in the company without a current need for money. All the money from the previous round is still in the bank. It was an excellent opportunity for us to get more resources. We have a very strong partnership with AWS and Palantir on the federal market," said Nadav Cherninsky, co-founder and CEO of OLIGO Security.
"In terms of our vision, we built a product that can stop new types of attacks and aimed for the largest companies in the world, and it was clear to us that we wanted to reach federal clients. We work with many government entities and organizations with heavy regulation around the world," he added.
OLIGO Security was founded in 2022 by Nadav Cherninsky (CEO), Gal Elbaz (CTO), and Avshalom Hilu (CPO). The three are childhood friends, officers, and graduates of the Aman cyber units (81, 8200) and the C4I Corps (Matzov). The company employs 100 people, 70 of whom are employed at the development center in Israel and the rest in offices in New York and San Francisco.
In a conversation with Calcalist, Nadav Cherninsky noted:
"We built our capabilities from the beginning to stop attacks during runtime, and AI influences our capabilities in all sorts of places. The need for us has grown significantly; if in the past they looked for static solutions, today there is a big shift to Runtime security, and static scanning has almost no meaning. Everything happens where we are strong."
OLIGO provides Runtime security for applications, the cloud, and artificial intelligence systems, combining runtime environment monitoring with real-time protection. By observing code behavior as it happens, the platform identifies which vulnerabilities are actually exploitable, detects malicious behavior in real-time, and blocks attack attempts without disrupting the production environment. The result is a new approach to security that helps organizations block attack attempts, reduce the noise generated by massive amounts of vulnerabilities, and buy time between patching cycles through Exploit Blocking.
The capital raise comes after a year of exceptional momentum for OLIGO. The company increased its Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by more than 300% year-over-year, more than doubled its valuation since the Series B round, and expanded rapidly as organizations adopt Runtime security as a vital layer of defense to stop modern attacks. The additional capital will accelerate product innovation, expand market penetration activities around the world, and further advance OLIGO's mission to help organizations stop AI attacks in real-time.
