Company revenues in the second quarter totaled approximately 30 million dollars, an increase of about 43% compared to the same quarter last year. This growth stemmed from the expansion of sales activities, entry into additional geographic markets, and an increase in the sale of company systems, alongside growth in the utilization of existing systems.

Revenues from the sale of pulses totaled approximately 13.9 million dollars, a jump of about 52% compared to the second quarter of 2025. Gross profit reached approximately 22.9 million dollars, an increase of about 44%, and operating profit rose by about 31% to approximately 2.9 million dollars.

Bottom line, Sofwave recorded a net profit of approximately 2.5 million dollars in the second quarter, an increase of about 66% compared to 1.5 million dollars in the same quarter last year. This was achieved despite one-time expenses recorded in connection with the evaluation of a potential dual listing on NASDAQ.

In the first half of 2026, the company also presented a significant improvement in results. Revenues totaled approximately 54.4 million dollars, an increase of about 44.4% compared to the same period last year. As of the end of June 2026, the company's balance of cash, cash equivalents, and short-term deposits stood at approximately 38.8 million dollars. At the same time, the company reported that to date, approximately 3,100 Sofwave systems have been sold worldwide, and over 975,000 treatments have been performed using its technology since the start of commercial marketing.

Sofwave CEO Lou Scafuri stated:

"Sofwave has delivered another record quarter, reflecting the continued strength of our commercial performance and the growing demand for non-invasive regenerative aesthetic treatments."

According to Scafuri, the installed base of systems has become one of the company's strategic assets, as the growing use of the technology supports the recurring revenue model.

Chairman of the Board and founder Dr. Shimon Eckhouse added that the company continues to establish its position in the medical aesthetics field through technology, clinical studies, and the expansion of operations in international markets.
