"The biggest extortion case in history": Complainant in "Social Games" affair files lawsuit

Taisia Zamolotski, one of the complainants in the "Social Games" affair, and her partner Shlomo Cohen have filed a lawsuit for 170,000 shekels against a resident of the South for an offensive video he posted on TikTok and Instagram. According to the statement of claim, the video garnered approximately 188,000 views, thousands of likes and shares, hundreds of comments, and was pinned to the top of the defendant's TikTok profile.

The couple claims that the defendant portrayed them as extortionists, liars, and money-grabbers, accusing them of conspiracy and filing false complaints to destroy a person's life for financial gain. According to Zamolotski, the defendant opened the video by stating, "this is the biggest extortion case in history," and proceeded to include sexual, derogatory, and humiliating remarks regarding her gender, origin, and religion, while comparing her to women in prostitution. It is further alleged that he called her "jealous, miserable, pathetic, whiny, a liar" and called on the authorities to arrest her.

As recalled, Zamolotski is known as one of the complainants in the "Social Games" affair, better known as the Eyal Golan and minors affair. Within the framework of the case, which began 13 years ago, Eyal Golan was investigated for indecent acts against young girls. About two years ago, Zamolotski appeared for the first time with an uncovered face on the program "It Will Be Good" on Kan 11 and shared her story, claiming she was exploited by the famous singer and his entourage.

The couple claims defamation attributing criminal and immoral acts to them, and Zamolotski adds that the sexual and humiliating remarks establish grounds under the Law for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment. They argue that the publication was made with the intent to harm, by creating a dedicated video, displaying her picture, and distributing it on social media without any basis in a determination by a competent authority.

Zamolotski claims severe damage to her dignity, reputation, and sense of security, and Cohen adds that the video damaged his name by presenting him as a partner in an economic and criminal conspiracy. In addition to financial compensation, the couple demands that the court order the removal of the video from all accounts under the defendant's control, prevent its redistribution, and require a retraction of the extortion claims in a corrected publication. Furthermore, the couple demands reimbursement for legal costs and attorney's fees. A statement of defense has not yet been filed.
