Stock exchange closed with gains: which stock jumped by more than 10%?

The trading day in Tel Aviv closed in the green as the TA-35 index strengthened, but under the surface, there were particularly sharp movements with a collapse of several well-known stocks.

The trading day on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange closed on Wednesday with a positive trend, as the two main indices finished with gains. The TA-35 index rose by 1.13% to 4,205.99 points, while the TA-125 index strengthened by 0.79% to 4,065.22 points.

Alongside the gains in the indices, sharp movements were recorded during the trading day in several stocks, with the most prominent stock on the positive side being OPC Energy, which jumped by 10.43% to 9,943 agorot.

Other notable gainers included:

  1. Camtek — up 8.35% to 52,010 agorot

  2. Kenon — up 5.61% to 20,320 agorot

  3. Priortech — up 5.24% to 32,740 agorot

Gilat also stood out, rising 4.83% to 3,454 agorot following the publication of strong quarterly results.

Conversely, several sharp declines were recorded:

  1. Elco — plummeted 7.14% to 12,100 agorot

  2. Rimon — fell 6.47% to 12,570 agorot

  3. Next Vision — fell 5.60% to 20,400 agorot

  4. Nice — fell 5.58% to 29,090 agorot

  5. QualiTau — fell 5.19% to 42,970 agorot

Thus, despite the positive trend in the main indices, trading showed significant gaps between individual stocks, with double-digit jumps alongside drops of more than 7% in prominent companies.
