Bank Hapoalim and the board of directors of Peilim Portfolio Management have approved the appointment of Eyal Reuven (48) as the company's CEO. Reuven will succeed Avishai Kruani, who recently announced his retirement.

In his new role, he will lead the investment management and business development activities of Peilim, a 100% owned subsidiary of Bank Hapoalim. Reuven brings over 20 years of experience in the capital market, specializing in investments and portfolio management. Previously, he served as CEO of Tower Investment Solutions and as a member of the management team at Migdal Capital Markets. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and finance.

Peilim is engaged in portfolio management. In 2025, the company recorded a net profit of 24 million NIS, and its book value on the books of Bank Hapoalim stands at 326 million NIS.
