The Ram Aderet Group has reported to the stock exchange that it has received a building permit for the first plots in the new residential project, MY ADERET NORTH, located in the Carmi Gat North neighborhood. According to the plan, the group will construct a residential complex consisting of six low-rise buildings ranging from 9 to 10 floors, with no commercial space included.

A total of 237 apartments will be built, with 118 of them being marketed on the free market, while the remainder have already been allocated to winners of the 'Dirah Be-Hanachah' (Apartment at a Discount) lottery. The project offers a diverse mix of 3 to 6-room apartments, garden apartments, duplexes, and penthouses.

The project is situated in the heart of the Carmi Gat North neighborhood, which spans approximately 1,600 dunams and is designed to include parks, green spaces, and walking and cycling paths along the Lachish River. The neighborhood enjoys excellent accessibility to major traffic arteries and is in close proximity to a high-tech and industrial park, home to development and production centers for global giants such as Intel. Furthermore, a new train station is planned near the neighborhood, which will provide a travel time of approximately 35 minutes to Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Beersheba.

Yaron Bublil, VP of Sales at the Ram Aderet Group, stated:

"Receiving the building permit for the first plots in the MY ADERET NORTH project is a significant milestone for us and marks the transition to the execution phase. We are identifying high demand from young families and housing upgraders. The mix of apartments in the project, which also includes a variety of special units and garden apartments, allows us to provide a response to a wide range of needs and lifestyles."
