A shaded parking spot in Kfar Saba sparked a violent confrontation between two Tesla drivers, escalating to threats with a club and a cocked handgun. The Sharon prosecution division filed an indictment at the Kfar Saba Magistrate Court against a resident of Kadima-Zoran, charging him with pointing a firearm at another driver, making threats, and kicking him in the back.

According to the indictment, on October 10, the defendant's wife was holding a shaded parking spot on Imber Street in the city for him. As he made his way to the location in his Tesla with his father in the passenger seat, another Tesla driver arrived and attempted to park there. The woman explained that she was saving the space for her husband, but the driver parked anyway.

Upon the defendant's arrival, an argument ensued between the two motorists. The indictment states that the defendant went to the trunk, retrieved a club, and threatened the other driver. He then drew a licensed handgun, pointed it directly at the victim, cocked it, and threatened to shoot, while his father attempted to intervene.

"I am a thousand times crazier than you," the defendant allegedly shouted, keeping the weapon aimed at the victim before approaching him aggressively and kicking him in the back. The incident concluded without shots being fired, and the defendant faces charges of threats and assault.
