Keystone Infrastructure Fund Approves NIS 25 Million Quarterly Dividend
Keystone Infrastructure Fund announced a quarterly dividend of NIS 25 million for shareholders, bringing total payouts since its IPO to approximately NIS 336 million.
Keystone Infrastructure Fund announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly dividend distribution of NIS 25 million to shareholders, marking the fourth such payout this year.
With this distribution, Keystone's total dividends since its IPO have reached approximately NIS 336 million, including about NIS 177 million distributed since the beginning of 2025. Total distributions for 2026 will reach roughly NIS 96 million, compared to approximately NIS 81 million in 2025.
According to the fund, the consistent dividend payouts reflect its ability to translate infrastructure assets into steady yields for shareholders while continuing to invest in portfolio expansion. The dividend will amount to approximately 11.61 agorot per share, with the record date set for October 16, 2026, and payment to be executed on October 26, 2026.
