Kafr Qasim Man Indicted for Assaulting and Threatening Estranged Wife
A Kafr Qasim man in his 30s was indicted on Thursday for assaulting and threatening his estranged wife, including choking her and threatening her family.

A man in his 30s from Kafr Qasim has been indicted for threatening and assaulting his estranged wife after she refused to reconcile, police announced on Thursday morning. According to the investigation, the defendant arrived last week at a college in the city where his estranged wife studies, accompanied by their young children, and attempted to convince her to resume their relationship.
After she refused, he physically attacked her, choked her, lifted her up, and tried to force her into a vehicle while she struggled and attempted to escape. Simultaneously, he threatened that if she refused to come with him, he would "kill her brothers, shoot them, and kidnap her to the territories."
The investigation began last week following a report about a man violently attempting to force a woman into a car while smashing car windows with a concrete slab. Following the investigation, the Central District Prosecution Unit filed an indictment detailing the charges against him.
