"I will cut off your head": The messages a mother from Ramle sent to her daughter's kindergarten teacher
An indictment was filed against a 48-year-old woman on suspicion of threats and insulting a public servant. The indictment states that the mother's actions included a series of harsh voice messages and threats against the teacher. According to the mother, her actions were carried out following her suspicion that the teacher was abusing her daughter.
A mother's suspicion that her 4-year-old daughter was being abused at kindergarten turned, according to the indictment, into a series of harsh voice messages and threats against the teacher. In one of the messages, the mother allegedly threatened:
"If I catch you anywhere, I will cut off your head."
She is now charged with threats and insulting a public servant.
According to an indictment filed at the Magistrate's Court in Ramle, against the 48-year-old mother, whose 4-year-old daughter attended a municipal kindergarten in Ramle. Following her suspicion that the teacher had abused her minor daughter, the mother began sending her voice messages via WhatsApp. In one of them, it is claimed, she cursed her and said, among other things: "I will catch you yet, I will tear your ass apart, you bitch."
In another message, the accused accused the teacher of allegedly hitting her daughter. "You hit my child with slaps with your flip-flops," she said, according to the indictment, and later added: "She told enough about you all night." Alongside these things, it is claimed, she continued to curse the teacher. These are claims the accused made in the messages, adding: "You bitch, go find yourself an Ethiopian to fuck you instead of finding an Arab, a father of one of the children in your kindergarten, you think no one saw, doesn't feel, you bitch, you whore."
According to the indictment, the severe threat was in another message in which the mother told the teacher:
"If I catch you anywhere, I will cut off your head, I swear to God I know what I will do to you, I will cut off your head."
Alongside the threats, the accused is also charged with racist expressions and curses directed at the teacher.
The prosecution claims that by her actions, the accused threatened the teacher with unlawful harm to her body or liberty, with the intent to intimidate her, and also insulted a public servant regarding the performance of her duties. Consequently, she is charged with the offense of threats and the offense of insulting a public servant.
