Adanek has been under house arrest by decision of the Magistrate's Court. In his response, he claimed that he was never violent and that respect for women is a supreme value in his life. Additionally, he noted that the court ordered his release, although in fact, he was released to house arrest.
"My brothers and sisters, it is important to me that you hear things directly from me, without intermediaries and without false headlines," he messaged his fans. "The last few days have been complex. I experienced a breakup from a relationship full of powerful love. As part of a private argument with my former partner, I was injured in my leg. Out of the pain and the storm of that moment, the argument became charged. It is important for me to say in the clearest way: I have never been and will never be violent, not towards her, not towards any woman, and not towards any person. Respect for people and for women is a supreme value in my life. The court reviewed all the details and ordered my release."
"Ultimately, beyond the music and the stage, I am a human being. Arguments are part of the life of every couple. You have shown me love that has no price. The breakup that got complicated
According to the police version, presented by Sergeant Major Lior Polak, the partner arrived at the location to inform him of a breakup while he was sleeping. When he woke up, he was enraged and told her not to leave until she took all her belongings, threatening to throw them out the window. When she and her friend went down to the car, the singer followed them, blocked her path, and demanded the parking remote, which caused the partner to panic and start driving.
On the other hand, the singer's defense attorney, Adv. Nes Ben Natan, revealed that during the departure, the partner hit the singer's leg with her car, and only then, in a state of emotional turmoil, did he react by shattering the window. Ben Natan emphasized that the suspect has no criminal record, never physically harmed her, and has already suffered heavy damage, including the cancellation of a performance in front of 5,000 fans.
During the hearing, it turned out that although the singer filed a complaint against the partner for running him over, she has not yet been interrogated under caution. Ben Natan asked the police representative: "When she sees him standing and blocking her, what causes her to drive towards his leg?", and Sergeant Major Polak replied: "There was a dispute between them in the parking lot, she had no intention of running him over. He moved for a moment and returned." To the question of whether she was interrogated under caution, the investigator answered: "At this stage, no."
Judge Zivan Alimi determined that there is a reasonable suspicion, but the danger posed by the singer is at a relatively low level that can be balanced by an alternative to arrest. The singer was released to full house arrest under the supervision of his mother in a city in the south until this coming Thursday, and was distanced from the partner for two kilometers for 40 days.
