Itay Levi in a massive real estate deal worth 20 million shekels
Following rumors of a relationship with a TV star living in his building, the popular singer has completed a dramatic real estate expansion, boosting his property value to approximately 20 million shekels.

Singer Itay Levi is further expanding his footprint in Tel Aviv's luxury real estate market. After purchasing a luxurious penthouse in the high-end project at 38-40 Remez Street in the Old North, Levi decided to increase his holdings by acquiring an adjacent apartment in the same building. By uniting the two properties, he added approximately 100 square meters to his living space, bringing the estimated value of the combined unit to roughly 20 million shekels.
The surge in property value highlights the potential of such an investment. Levi originally purchased the penthouse for 10 million shekels, with its value climbing to 15 million shekels even before the expansion. The newly created property is massive by Tel Aviv standards, featuring a private rooftop pool spanning about 70 sq. m. and offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city skyline. The transactions, within the project initiated by businessman David Tzioni, were managed by Shira Malchas, a real estate agent specializing in ultra-luxury properties in Gush Dan.
Beyond the vast space, the expanded property has drawn media attention due to its intriguing neighbors. Residing in the same building is lawyer and star of the TV show "Ha-Plilistiyot" ("The Criminalists") Naama Elhadad, who purchased a mini-penthouse there for approximately 7 million shekels (a property currently valued at about 11 million shekels).
