Israel's revenge list in Gaza: "No Nukhba is safe"

Immediately after October 7, a specialized unit was established within the Shin Bet with a clear objective: to eliminate all terrorists who invaded the Gaza envelope, committed atrocities, and held hostages. The operation continues, and security officials affirm: "We will settle the score with everyone."

Less than two weeks after the October 7 massacre, a clear decision was made in Israel: to eliminate all those involved. As revealed, the Shin Bet established the NILI headquarters (an acronym for "The Eternity of Israel Will Not Lie"), composed of operations and intelligence personnel tasked with settling the score and eliminating all Hamas operatives who participated in the raid and returned to Gaza.

The NILI war room operates in close cooperation with the IDF. Since the start of the war, the names and photos of many operatives have been collected, alongside the identification of senior figures who conceived and executed the massacre. Intelligence gathering continues through both human sources and data recovered during maneuvering in the Gaza Strip. Documents and lists found in the possession of the terrorist organization have provided a comprehensive intelligence picture of those who must be reached and eliminated.

"If a target is a 'ticking bomb,' we attack even considering collateral damage. However, this does not happen often because we carry out attacks with the utmost precision, both in intelligence and execution," security sources noted. In recent months, the pace of liquidations has accelerated, with new names added to the list almost every few days.

Security officials explained that the return of hostages from the Strip has allowed for greater operational freedom. "The conditions in the Strip are much more enabling now. We are collecting intelligence physically, and the absence of hostages allows us to act more effectively," they said. Previously, when hostages were held in the Strip, operations were conducted with extreme caution to ensure their safety.

A source in the IDF Southern Command noted that the goal is to dismantle Hamas's operational capabilities. "Those who took part in the October 7 massacre are the same individuals currently participating in Hamas's force buildup. Our desire to settle the score with those who committed these atrocities aligns with the need to stop processes within Hamas that cannot be accepted," the source stated.

Each operation is planned according to the situation on the ground. Some attacks are executed following real-time intelligence, while others are planned in minute detail. "The list of terrorists accompanies us every day. It stands before our eyes, from both a moral and ethical perspective," the source added. Security officials emphasized that the elimination of senior commanders, such as Izz ad-Din al-Haddad and his successors, sends a clear message that no one is protected.

In less than two months, Israel has eliminated 21 terrorists from this list. These include Nukhba cell commanders, participants in the kidnapping of Israelis, and organizers of raids on kibbutzim and military sites. The mission to locate and eliminate everyone remaining on the list continues around the clock.
