Ministry of Tourism Launches Israeli Tourism Month Initiative for November 2026
The Ministry of Tourism announced "Israeli Tourism Month" for November 2026, featuring subsidized 18-shekel artist performances and regional tourism campaigns across four nationwide zones to support local businesses.

The Ministry of Tourism is preparing for "Israeli Tourism Month," a national initiative scheduled for November 2026 aimed at encouraging domestic travel, strengthening local tourism, and supporting businesses across the country.
Regional Focus and Structure
The initiative will span four consecutive weeks, dividing activities across four main geographical regions rather than concentrating them in a single area:
-
Jerusalem and surrounding areas
-
The North (Israel)
-
The Western Negev and the South (Israel)
-
Tel Aviv and the Center
Accessible Culture and Business Participation
A key element of the project includes performances by leading artists at a heavily subsidized price of just 18 shekels per ticket, following a successful format used previously to make cultural and leisure events accessible to the general public.
Simultaneously, the ministry has issued a call for proposals to engage tourism business owners, including hotels, rural lodging, restaurants, attractions, parks, tour guides, and local enterprises offering guided tours and activities.
"The subsidized ticket prices and regional integration are designed to boost traveler movement and generate essential demand for local businesses during November," the Ministry of Tourism stated.
