iPhone 18 Pre-Order Delays Spark Consumer Outrage Against iDigital
Customers who pre-ordered the iPhone 18 through iDigital report severe delivery delays, lack of updates, and poor customer service nearly two weeks after the launch.

iPhone 18 Delivery Delays at iDigital Spark Consumer Outrage
Customers who pre-ordered the iPhone 18 series through iDigital report that nearly two weeks after placing their orders, many have yet to receive their devices. Alongside the delivery delays, buyers are complaining about a severe lack of transparency regarding arrival dates and unresponsive customer service.
In recent days, posts in popular Facebook Apple fan communities have accumulated frustrated comments from customers who ordered right when pre-sales opened on September 12, yet remain empty-handed.
“I ordered on the same day at 15:10, it feels like there is no future in getting the iPhone,” wrote one disgruntled customer, while another noted that customer support only provides generic answers without any concrete delivery timeline.
Industry-Wide Shortages and iDigital's Response
Some buyers attempting to track down their devices pointed out that competitors like KSP have listed broader restocking dates, while others noted that supply chain bottlenecks appear to affect the entire market.
in response to the complaints, iDigital issued the following statement:
"The inventory arriving in Israel is determined by Apple and is strictly limited during the launch period. We fulfill orders on a first-come, first-served basis according to the specific model ordered. Those who ordered among the first will receive theirs before others, entirely dependent on schedules, quantities, and models arriving from Apple."
Consumers continue to demand clearer communication as the high-demand smartphone rollout continues to face logistical hurdles across the local market.
