Shocking Incident: Man Kicked 7-Year-Old Nephew and Threw Him Into a Trash Can

A 43-year-old resident of northern Israel is accused of kicking his 7-year-old nephew while the child was lying on the ground, before picking him up and throwing him into a trash can. The child, who suffered numerous bruises, required medical treatment. An indictment was filed against the uncle for assaulting a minor causing severe bodily harm by a person in charge, along with a request for detention until the end of legal proceedings.

The incident occurred on the morning of August 11 in a northern village. According to the investigation, the child lives in the same house as his mother and his uncle. During a family argument, the defendant took his nephew into the yard, kicked him in the upper body while he was on the ground, and subsequently threw him into the trash can.

Following a police report, officers from the Northern District arrived at the scene and arrested the suspect. His detention was extended multiple times, and on August 24, the Northern District Attorney's Office filed an indictment with the District Court in Nof HaGalil-Nazareth.
