Stabbed a minor and fled to the airport: Holon resident arrested at Ben Gurion Airport
Following a violent incident in which a minor was wounded by a penetrating injury in Holon, police officers from the Holon station and the Ben Gurion Airport district located the suspect at the airport on his way to a flight abroad. The police are expected to request an extension of his detention for the purpose of continuing the investigation into the circumstances of the incident.

A youth aged about 17 was stabbed last night, Monday, in his upper body in Holon. The victim was evacuated to the Wolfson Medical Center for treatment of penetrating injuries.
Upon receiving the report, police officers from the Holon station arrived at the scene to collect evidence and conduct investigative operations to identify and locate the suspect. At the same time, officers met with the victim at the hospital to collect his testimony.
During the search, it was suspected that the suspect had fled the scene and arrived at Ben Gurion Airport with the intention of boarding a flight and leaving the country.
Police officers from the Ben Gurion Airport district, in cooperation with the Holon station, located the suspect at the airport and carried out his arrest.
The suspect, a 47-year-old resident of Holon, was transferred to the Holon station for further investigation and subsequently detained. This morning, the police will request an extension of his detention in court.
