Arrived with a knife at his ex-partner's workplace — and was arrested hiding on a bus
A foreign resident arrived at a factory in Kadima-Zoran where his ex-partner works, refused to leave, and pulled a knife on an employee at the site. After the employee drew his personal weapon, the suspect fled and discarded the knife. Within a short time, he was located on a bus, and an indictment was filed against him.

An indictment was filed against a foreign resident who arrived last week at a factory in Kadima-Zoran, where his ex-partner works, armed with a knife. According to the investigation, after an employee at the site asked him to leave, the suspect pulled out the knife and began waving it, fleeing only after the employee drew his personal weapon.
Police officers from the Shdot station in the Sharon region opened an investigation upon receiving the report. The employee noticed the suspect and asked him to leave the factory, but he refused, took a knife out of his bag, and began waving it. In response, the employee drew his personal weapon, and the suspect fled the scene while discarding the knife.
The police immediately initiated a search and, within a short time, located the suspect hiding inside a bus and arrested him.
His detention was extended periodically in accordance with the needs of the investigation. Upon its conclusion, the Central District Prosecution Unit filed an indictment against him.
