Gave the middle finger to a police car — and the police knocked on his door

Following a video circulated on social media, in which a motorcyclist is seen passing a police car at high speed and giving it the middle finger, the suspect was arrested today, Thursday, and brought in for questioning.

The driver, a 39-year-old from Jerusalem, allegedly drove aggressively on the road and gave the middle finger to the police car while fleeing the scene. During a search of the suspect's apartment, several items were found that allegedly link him to the offenses. The investigation is ongoing.

The Central Unit of the Traffic Division, which located the driver and carried out the arrest, stated: "Anyone who chooses to endanger road users and try to evade responsibility should know that even if the incident was documented online and it seems to have ended, we will act with determination to locate those involved and bring them to justice."
