The Tel Aviv District Prosecution Unit filed an indictment today, Thursday, against a Holon resident in his 20s for the offense of wounding while armed, alongside a request for his detention until the end of legal proceedings. According to the charges, the defendant stabbed a man in his 20s, who consequently sustained moderate injuries and was evacuated for medical treatment.
The incident reportedly occurred against a romantic background, after the victim entered into a relationship with the defendant's ex-partner. The indictment reveals that the defendant arrived at the Royal Beach Hotel on Herbert Samuel Street in Tel Aviv, equipped in advance with a sharp object, after which he stabbed the victim in the abdomen and hand.
Upon receiving the report, police officers from the Lev Tel Aviv station in the Yarkon District arrived at the scene and initiated investigative actions. As part of the investigation, through the execution of various operations and the use of technological means, investigators managed to trace the suspect's identity and arrest him.
