IDF Eliminates Hamas Terrorist and NGO Director Sakr Nabil Musa Kisi in Gaza
The IDF eliminated Hamas terrorist Sakr Nabil Musa Kisi in Khan Yunis. Kisi also directed a Turkish aid association used to fund terror and support operatives.
The IDF struck the Khan Yunis area in the Gaza Strip earlier today, eliminating Sakr Nabil Musa Kisi, a Hamas Nukhba terrorist who took part in the October 7 massacre.
The military stated that alongside his role in Hamas, Kisi served as the director of the Turkish association Deniz Feneri, which is presented as a humanitarian aid organization. According to the IDF, the association maintains ties with senior Hamas figures and elements in the Turkish leadership.
The IDF added that as part of his role in the association, Kisi worked to employ terrorists and provide financial support to Hamas operatives. The military stated that the association and its senior officials present their activities as humanitarian, but in practice promote fundraising to support the organization.
According to the army, Kisi recently advanced terror plots against IDF forces and Israeli citizens and worked to rehabilitate Hamas capabilities, in systematic violation of the ceasefire.
The IDF noted that prior to the strike, steps were taken to minimize harm to civilians, including the use of precise munitions and aerial surveillance.
The military stated that it continues to operate against the sources of funding for Hamas's military activity, aiming to prevent the rehabilitation of its infrastructure and military capabilities. Southern Command forces are deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat.
