IDF forces eliminated two senior terrorists in the Gaza Strip, including a Hamas commander who participated in the October 7 massacre. The strikes were carried out in the northern and southern parts of the enclave.

In the northern Gaza Strip, Muhammad Muhammad Abd al-Khaliq Hala, a commander in Hamas's military wing, was killed in a precise aerial strike. According to the IDF, he infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7 attacks and served as a commander in the organization's weapons manufacturing headquarters.

In a separate strike in the Khan Yunis area of the southern Gaza Strip, Ahmed Gabrin Tawfiq Dalhan, a terrorist from the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, was eliminated. Both operatives were involved in advancing terror plots against IDF forces and Israeli civilians.

The IDF emphasized that the strikes were executed to remove an immediate threat. Southern Command forces remain deployed in the area in accordance with agreements and will continue operating to eliminate any security threats.
