The Humongous burger chain is expanding to Tel Aviv for the first time, with a new branch scheduled to open at Atidim Park in March 2027. The chain's eighth branch will be established with an investment of over 6 million NIS, spanning approximately 360 square meters, alongside an outdoor area and about 100 seating places.

The new branch is expected to employ more than 30 workers and operate throughout the day, including evening hours and weekends. During midday, it will primarily cater to Atidim Park workers and visitors, while in the evenings and weekends it is expected to attract residents from Tel Aviv and the surrounding area.

Strategic Expansion into Tel Aviv

Entering Tel Aviv marks another milestone in the development of the chain, which currently operates seven branches across the country, from Beersheba to Kiryat Motzkin. Humongous noted that Tel Aviv is a competitive and dynamic restaurant market, and the decision to enter it was made after feeling ready to expand.

Gal Bakar, owner and CEO of the chain, and Tal Bakar, owner and experience manager, stated: "Tel Aviv is a significant step for us in the development of Humongous. It is a competitive, diverse, and dynamic restaurant market, and therefore it was important for us to arrive when we feel ready to do it our way."

Culinary Concept and Menu

The Humongous menu is based on Argentine beef ground daily, featuring over 20 unique burger dishes. Among the chain's flagship items are the Italian, French, Philadelphian, and Mexican burgers, alongside limited editions that rotate from time to time.

"We do not want to change Humongous to fit Tel Aviv, but to bring to Tel Aviv what makes it Humongous — food that continues to surprise, humor, atmosphere, and a lot of experience," said Gal Bakar and Tal Bakar.

Integration into Atidim Park

The opening of the branch also aligns with Atidim Park Tel Aviv's plan to expand its activity beyond a traditional employment complex, transforming into a space that combines work, culinary arts, commerce, culture, and leisure.

Ayal Green, CEO of Atidim Park Tel Aviv, stated: "The arrival of Humongous to Atidim Park Tel Aviv, the business city within the big city, is part of our vision that a business park must be much more than a place people come to work."
