A prosecutor's statement was filed against a 22-year-old suspect for alleged sexual offenses against two minor girls in Holon, with an indictment expected soon.
A prosecutor's statement was filed today against a 22-year-old man suspected of committing sexual offenses against two minor girls aged 14 and 15 in Holon. Following the investigation, which uncovered a suspected additional incident, a formal indictment is expected to be filed against him in the coming days.
The investigation was launched on October 1, 2026, after police received a report regarding a suspected sexual assault against a 14-year-old girl. According to the suspicion, the girl had met the young man just days prior, and the two met at a public park in the city. During the meeting, the suspect allegedly led her to his home and raped her.
Holon police officers opened an investigation, gathering testimonies, evidence, and executing operations to locate the suspect. He was arrested roughly a day after the report was received, transferred for questioning, and his detention was extended periodically by the court.
During the investigation, investigators uncovered a suspicion of an additional incident involving a 15-year-old girl. This second event allegedly occurred a few days prior to the first reported case while the two were at a public garden in Holon. The court has not yet ruled on the suspicions against the suspect.
