The incident reportedly occurred on September 28. The minor told investigators that she was spending time with friends at a public park in Holon, where she met Skira. According to her complaint, he later gave her a ride on an electric motorcycle to his residence, where the alleged offenses took place. Investigators are suspecting him of raping a minor under the age of 16.
The case was reported to the police on October 1, prompting an investigation at the Holon police station under the Ayalon region. Following evidence collection and investigative procedures, the suspect was located and arrested over the weekend. Skira was transferred for interrogation, detained, and subsequently brought before a court, which ordered the extension of his remand. The investigation is ongoing.
