Holmes Place Signs 43.2M NIS Lease for New Club in Mazkeret Batya

Holmes Place is expanding its portfolio with a new fitness club at the ELEVEN CENTER project in Mazkeret Batya, owned by former football star Eran Zahavi and entrepreneur Avi Arbib. The estimated value of the 20-year lease agreement reaches approximately 43.2 million NIS over the full term.

Under the long-term contract, the fitness giant will rent a 2,000-square-meter complex at a monthly rate of 90 NIS per square meter, totaling roughly 180,000 NIS per month and 2.16 million NIS annually.

Strategically located near the railway station and major traffic arteries including Routes 6 and 411, the mixed-use project combines commerce, offices, and leisure. CEO Keren Shatuvi noted the expansion brings Holmes Place to over 80 branches nationwide.
