Hod HaSharon Urban Renewal: Ben Shalom Demolishes Old Buildings for New Project
Ben Shalom has demolished 12 old apartments on Yesod HaMa'ala Street in Hod HaSharon to build 36 new units across two 8-story buildings in a major urban renewal project.
Ben Shalom Entrepreneurship and Construction has marked a major milestone in Hod HaSharon by launching a large-scale urban renewal project on Yesod HaMa'ala Street. Three old residential buildings at 19-21-23 Yesod HaMa'ala, comprising 12 apartments, were demolished to make way for two modern 8-story buildings featuring 36 new apartments.
The new complex will include two underground parking levels and a diverse mix of 3-to-5-room apartments, garden apartments, mini-penthouses, and exclusive penthouses. The architectural design was entrusted to Michael Caspi Architects, with the completion and occupancy expected within approximately three years.
Prior to the demolition, the Home Front Command conducted a casualty evacuation drill at the site. Upon completion, this will be the seventh building renewed by Ben Shalom on Yesod HaMa'ala Street.
