The supermarket chain Hatzi Hinam is expanding its culinary offerings by launching the FOOD MARKET at its Rehovot branch, located at 1 Derech HaYam. This new fresh prepared food department blends authentic flavors with the high standards of professional chef-driven cuisine.
The menu and culinary line have been developed by renowned chefs Moshe Badishi and Shahaf Shabtai. The daily menu features hand-crafted stuffed vegetables, fish stews, meat and chicken dishes, and various hot side dishes, all prepared using fresh ingredients. Over the weekend, on Thursdays and Fridays, the section expands to offer a special Asian concept featuring fresh dishes and a variety of sushi platters.
The new market area is designed to resemble an urban food market, emphasizing visual presentation, service, and accessibility to provide a high-quality solution for daily meals and family gatherings. The department is open Sunday through Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, on Thursdays from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Fridays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
This launch follows a series of consumer-focused initiatives by the company, including major holiday promotions featuring heavily discounted household and kitchen items, home decor, serving dishes, and folding furniture starting at just tens of shekels.
