Indictment Filed Against Jailed Crime Boss for Plotting Attacks
An indictment was filed against jailed crime boss Suhaib Gubarin for plotting attacks against rivals from prison, using external associates to direct violence.
An indictment has been filed against Suhaib Gubarin, an alleged crime syndicate leader currently in custody, on charges of plotting attacks against rivals from behind bars.
According to the investigation by the Coastal District Central Unit (YAMAR), Gubarin allegedly contacted associates outside the prison and instructed them to target rivals following a dispute inside the facility. Police suspect that following a violent incident in prison, Gubarin sought to harm individuals associated with a fellow inmate in his wing.
Transcripts included in the investigative materials reveal explicit threats. In one recorded conversation, an associate tells him, "You have two in the wing," to which Gubarin responds, "Yes, I have two for slaughter, trust me." Police emphasize that the ongoing fight against criminal organizations continues even after their leaders are imprisoned.
