Infrastructure investment fund Generation Capital has successfully raised 1.2 billion shekels in the institutional phase of a new bond offering, drawing total demand of 1.6 billion shekels. The capital raise supports the fund's preparations to acquire Shikun & Binui Energy.

The new unsecured, CPI-linked bond series carries an annual interest rate of 3.48% and an average life of approximately eight years. The series received an A+ rating with a stable outlook from S&P Maalot, with the public phase scheduled for the coming days.

This financing follows a 1 billion shekel equity offering in June and positions the fund for the 4.45 billion shekel acquisition deal. Generation Capital reported a pre-tax profit exceeding 1 billion shekels for the first half of 2026, alongside plans for a 100 million shekel dividend distribution.
